Skyler Woodall

Skyler Woodall.... where do I start. He was a guy that always had a smile. I could not look at him for more than 5seconds without him making me bust out laughing. I saw so much faith, and willingness to serve God for his Kingdom. I mean Skyler was awe... wait for it.....wait some more...even more.. SOME!!! So when  I get a call late in the night, that a dear friend of mine was ..gone.. What?!?! Are you kidding me? That was my first reaction. Is this some sick joke? ... I only wish it was a joke. The pain of losing a close friend, indescribable. So, here it comes the age old question.. Why God?
If you have not already asked this question to God before... you must be the OTHER perfect human that walked the earth. Some things don't make sense and never will, but there is peace in the unknowing. There is faith to be found in all the doubt, and there is strength when everything feels weak.
Romans 8:18.
Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory He will reveal to us later.
God I need your help, Help me see the Glory. Help me see you working ALL THINGS for the good. I know that Skyler is in a better place, but I am selfish enough to say.. I wish he was still here.
God send peace that passes all understanding, because we will never understand everything, and we need your peace, grace, mercy, and love to get by.
We are tempted to blame God, or demand an answer to everything, but He says trust him. I pray that whatever we go through we find trust in God. We see that there is a treasure being stored up for us. There is a glory that will be revealed that nothing will be compared to-good or bad on this earth.

I love you Skyler, and I pray that God uses your testimony of being amazing to bring many many people into a loving relationship with Jesus.

God Bless, with tears
